Native New Mexican. U.S. Army Veteran. Traveled abroad, love the outdoors, and currently reside in Albuquerque, NM.

1981 United States Amateur Athletic Union – Junior Olympian, (AAU) Junior Olympic Regionals (100m, 200m).

Competitor in multiple 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, quadrathan, and 55k ultra-marathon races.

Coaching goals: I approach coaching as a means to working with athletes of all ability levels in developing their individual talents to excel in all elements of fitness. The application of versatile methods to increase stamina, agility, strength, power, and mental toughness are my number one goal in order to assist athletes achieve their aspirations. Furthermore, instilling passion to meet race designated fitness goals or personal challenges is equally important.
